Responsibilities
● Operational Management
● Oversee the daily operations of the multi-sports arena, including admin activities and general facility upkeep.
● Ensure the arena complies with health and safety
regulations, including sports-specific safety protocols.
● Manage cleanliness and maintenance schedules for all sports equipment, facilities, and amenities.
● Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards. Attendance Management
● Manage staff attendance – including coaches, trainers, customer service representatives, and maintenance personnel.
● Track student attendances, fee reporting and alerts. Customer Experience
● Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants and all age groups, from amateur players to professional athletes.
● Resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, positively and effectively.
● Ensure younger students are handed over to care-giver safely and timely. Sales & Marketing
● Drive membership and facility bookings to walk-ins by providing information in a timely and positive manner.
● Outbound calling to drive walk-in for demo class. Financial Management
● Handle membership plans and client fee payments. Reporting of fees.
