Job Description
We are looking for an Operation and Customer Support Manager who will handle daily operations and actively communicate with our clients (sports companies) to ensure smooth platform usage and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
•⁠ Manage day-to-day operations of the platform.
•⁠ Coordinate with clients.
•⁠ Handle client communication and provide timely support.
•⁠ Resolve client queries and maintain strong relationships.
•⁠ Monitor platform activity and improve operational efficiency.
•⁠ Work closely with internal teams for seamless execution.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in operations customer service or client management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Experience with online platforms or marketplaces is a plus Interest in sports industry is an added advantage
