Job Description

WE want someone who is into sales or operations but not into event management ay-to-Day Operations

Support in managing daily activities at the Academy to ensure smooth functioning.

Collect and track feedback from members/parents and staff to suggest improvements.

Operations Support

Assist in scheduling, program/event coordination, and facility maintenance.

Liaise with contractors/vendors for repairs and upgrades as needed.

Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Responsibilities

2–4 years of experience in operations administration customer service or coordination roles. Prior experience in sports facilities gyms or recreational spaces is preferred. Candidates with a sports background or who have played at the State/National level will be given priority.
