I am pleased to share that the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) is inviting applications for Interns to join our team.
As one of the largest National Sports Federations in India in terms of participation, SGFI conducts 44+ sports disciplines and 250+ national events annually, engaging lakhs of student-athletes across the country.
We are currently driving a transformative phase focused on grassroots sports development, digital athlete ecosystems, and international pathways, creating a structured system from school-level participation to elite performance.
🌟 About the Role:
This internship offers hands-on exposure to:
• National Championships & Selection Trials
• International participation coordination
• Coaches education programs
• Athlete data systems & digital initiatives
• AI-enabled workflow automation & reporting
• Social media handling, content creation & video editing
🎯 Who Should Apply:
We are looking for individuals with an interest in:
• Sports administration & event operations
• Grassroots sports development
• Digital systems, automation & data
• Content creation & sports communication
Preferred:
✔ Knowledge of AI tools & workflow automation
✔ Skills in social media handling / video editing
✔ Candidates with State/National level sports representation (SGFI/NSF) will be given preference

📍 Position: Intern (02–03 positions)
📅 Duration: 1 Year
💰 Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work at Lucknow office of SGFI (onsite)
