Responsibilities
● Call and follow up with new leads, trial enquiries, and warm prospects
● Explain academy programs, schedules, pricing, and enrolment processes to parents
● Support lead conversion by guiding parents from enquiry to registration
● Handle customer support queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
● Assist parents with registrations, bookings, and general coordination
● Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
● Support day-to-day relationship management with parents and academy participants
