Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Artistic Gymnastics Coach (NIS Certified) who specializes in building strong fundamentals in children aged 5–12 years. The coach should be committed to developing beginners into competitive-level gymnasts through structured, progressive training programs.
This role requires a coach who understands long-term athlete development, focuses on correct basics, technique, and safety, and can nurture young athletes with patience and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Train children aged 5–12 years in Artistic Gymnastics fundamentals.
• Build strong basics in flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and body control.
• Design and implement structured training programs for beginner to pre-competitive levels.
• Identify talented athletes and prepare them for competitive gymnastics pathways.
• Ensure proper technique and safe progression across all apparatus (Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam).
• Conduct regular skill assessments and performance tracking for students.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment for young athletes.
• Work closely with senior coaches to develop training plans and competition preparation.
• Ensure safety protocols and injury prevention practices are followed at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and development plans.

Required Skills

Expertise in Artistic Gymnastics fundamentals Strong ability to teach correct basics and technique. Experience in developing beginners into competitive athletes Excellent communication and child engagement skills Patient disciplined and passionate about youth athlete development Experience preparing athletes for district/state/national competitions Background as a competitive gymnast Knowledge of strength & conditioning for young gymnasts.
