Job Description

The Sports Gurukul is looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Swimming Coach to conduct swimming sessions for students as part of our school sports program. The ideal candidate should be skilled in teaching swimming techniques, ensuring water safety, and creating a positive learning environment for students of different age groups.

Eligibility
• Female candidates only.
• Certification in Swimming Coaching or Lifeguard certification is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of coaching experience (Freshers with strong swimming experience may also apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with children of different age groups.
• CPR/First Aid certification will be an added advantage.

Qualification
• Any Graduate (Sports background preferred).
• Swimming certification from a recognized organization is preferred.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming coaching sessions for students in schools.
• Teach swimming fundamentals, strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate training sessions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all swimming activities.
• Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain discipline and encourage participation during sessions.
• Coordinate with school authorities and the operations team regarding schedules and requirements.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of swimming equipment.
• Follow all pool safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
