Spuddy Badminton Academy is looking for a passionate and enterprising Badminton Coach to join its Lucknow branch under a partnership and incentive-based model.

Partnership & Incentive-Based Model:
This is not a conventional fixed-salary coaching position. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with Spuddy Badminton Academy on a partnership/incentive-based model, with earnings linked to the growth and performance of the coaching program.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Badminton Coach.
- Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, training methodologies and match preparation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, teenagers and adult players.
- Passionate about player development and coaching.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a coaching program.
- Ability to independently manage coaching sessions and engage with parents/students.
- Competitive playing/coaching experience or relevant certifications will be an advantage.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced badminton coaches, aspiring academy operators and coaches with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build and grow a badminton coaching program rather than simply take up a conventional salaried role.
