Job Description

Indian Sports Academy is hiring a dedicated Skating Coach to train students in skating fundamentals, technique, fitness and competitive skills while ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key Requirements
• Relevant skating coaching experience preferred.
• Skating/coaching certification preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of skating.
• Experience working with children and athletes.
• Good communication skills.
• Passion for sports and athlete development.
• Strong focus on safety and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct beginner, intermediate and advanced skating sessions.
• Teach balance, skating technique, turns, stopping and speed control.
• Develop age- and skill-appropriate training programs.
• Improve athletes' endurance, agility, balance and coordination.
• Prepare students for skating competitions.
• Monitor individual performance and development.
• Conduct warm-up and cool-down sessions.
• Ensure appropriate safety equipment is used.
• Maintain discipline and safety during training.
• Provide regular feedback to students.
