Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end setup of the academy, including operational structure, governance frameworks, staffing, SOPs, and management systems.
* Work with specialists such as coaches and sports scientists to design athlete development pathways, training programs, and talent identification processes.
* Oversee daily academy operations, including enrollment management, scheduling, coach coordination, parent communication, and facility operations.
* Monitor and evaluate athlete performance and development through structured assessment and regular performance reviews.
* Establish clear performance targets linked to competition timelines, focusing on state and national-level outcomes.
* Integrate sports science and data tools into training to track athlete load, monitor progress, and support coaching decisions.
* Support broader work including strategy, academy development, and sports venture planning when required.
