Job Description

Aceelix is looking for a passionate and committed Strength & Conditioning Coach to join a Cricket Academy in Vashi, Mumbai.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a structured academy environment, contribute to athlete development, and be part of a performance-driven coaching team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate strength & conditioning programs for cricketers.
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor athletes' progress regularly.
• Improve athletes' strength, speed, agility, endurance, mobility, and overall physical performance.
• Develop injury prevention and rehabilitation support programs in coordination with coaches.
• Ensure proper exercise techniques and maintain a safe training environment.
• Track and record athlete performance data and prepare progress reports.
