Job Title: Coaching Audit Officer cum Floater Coach

Department: Badminton

Travel: Extensive travel across Machaxi coaching centres in Bangalore

About the Role

Machaxi is looking for an experienced Coaching Audit Officer cum Floater Coach for a centrally operated leadership role across 40+ centres in Bangalore. The role combines coach replacement, coaching quality audits, curriculum compliance, and coach development.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a replacement coach when centre coaches are unavailable, ensuring uninterrupted sessions.
* Conduct regular coaching audits across 40+ centres for curriculum, coaching quality, SOPs and player experience.
* Identify coaching gaps, provide feedback and follow up on improvements.
* Support coach training, development and standardisation of Machaxi coaching practices.
* Work directly with the Head and central leadership team.
* Attend mandatory training, meetings and team reviews.

Candidate Requirements

* 5+ years of badminton coaching experience; age 30+ preferred.
* Strong coaching, leadership, communication and audit skills.
* Bike/Two-wheeler is mandatory and comfortable travelling across 40+ centres in Bangalore.
* Willing to attend training, meetings and team programs.
* Strong preference for NIS/BWF qualified coaches and experienced badminton industry experts.

* Salary: Starting from ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, coaching expertise and suitability for the role.

* Act as a Floater Coach to ensure uninterrupted sessions during coach absence or vacancies.
* Conduct regular coaching audits across 40+ centres covering curriculum, coaching quality, SOPs and player experience.
* Ensure consistent implementation of Machaxi coaching standards and curriculum.
* Identify coaching gaps, provide feedback and drive corrective actions.
* Support coach training, development and quality improvement.
* Work directly with the Head and central leadership team and attend mandatory meetings/training.
