Hiring: Badminton Coach | Reputed Institution | Mohali

Looking for a passionate and experienced Badminton Coach to train, mentor, and develop players across different age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and tactical knowledge of badminton, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver structured training programs focused on player development, fitness, and competitive performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Badminton Coach / Badminton Instructor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, rules, tactics, and match strategies.
• Experience in coaching beginners, intermediate, and competitive-level players.
• Relevant coaching certification such as BWF / NIS / BAI or equivalent is preferred.
• Competitive badminton experience at State, National, University, or higher level will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, and player-management skills.
• Ability to work with players across different age groups and skill levels.
• Strong understanding of badminton-specific fitness, agility, footwork, and conditioning.
• Ability to plan and conduct structured and progressive training sessions.
