Hiring: Cricket Coach | Reputed Institution | Mohali

Looking for a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to train, mentor, and develop cricketers across different age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and tactical knowledge of cricket, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver structured training programs focused on player development, fitness, and competitive performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cricket Coach / Cricket Instructor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, tactics, and match strategies.
• Experience in coaching beginners, intermediate, and competitive-level players.
• Relevant coaching certification such as BCCI / NIS / equivalent recognised certification is preferred.
• Playing or competitive cricket experience at State, National, University, or higher level will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, and game situations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, and player-management skills.
• Ability to work with players across different age groups and skill levels.
• Strong understanding of cricket-specific fitness, conditioning, agility, and injury prevention.
• Ability to plan and conduct structured and progressive training sessions.
