Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular volleyball coaching sessions for students across different age groups and skill levels.
Teach fundamental and advanced skills such as serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking and receiving.
Develop structured training plans, drills and fitness programmes.
Train students in game strategies, positioning, formations and match tactics.
Identify talented players and provide focused training for competitive development.
Prepare students for inter-school, district, state and national-level competitions.
Conduct regular fitness, agility, coordination and endurance drills.
Monitor student performance and maintain progress records.
Provide constructive feedback and motivate students to improve their skills.
Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and positive training environment.
Coordinate with PE teachers, school management and parents when required.
Assist with school sports days, tournaments and other sporting events.
