Job Description

Ethical Sports Promotion Association is one of India's leading high-performance tennis programs, dedicated to developing the next generation of competitive tennis players through world-class coaching, structured athlete development, and a professional high-performance training environment.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with national-level junior tennis athletes and contribute to a high-performance coaching program.

Responsibilities

•Design and deliver strength & conditioning programs for tennis athletes.
•Improve players' strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
•Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training plans.
•Monitor athlete performance and track physical development.
•Collaborate with tennis coaches to align fitness training with on-court performance.
•Ensure safe training practices while promoting injury prevention and athlete well-being.
