Job Description

The Head Coach is responsible for leading the coaching team, ensuring high-quality training delivery, driving player development, and maintaining a positive and disciplined environment at the center. This role combines coaching excellence with leadership, operations, and parent engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct structured badminton coaching sessions
• Ensure proper skill development for all players (beginner to advanced)
• Monitor and track each player’s progress regularly
• Identify talented players and guide them for tournaments
• Manage and supervise all coaches at the center
• Allocate batches and maintain proper coach-player ratio
• Ensure coaches follow discipline, punctuality, and quality standards
• Maintain smooth day-to-day center operations
• Ensure attendance is marked correctly for all sessions
• Check court, equipment, and facility cleanliness regularly
• Build strong communication with parents and players
• Share regular feedback on player performance
• Handle parent concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support demo classes and convert trials into admissions
• Promote programs like summer camps, events, and tournaments
• Maintain positive environment and engagement at the center
• Submit daily/weekly reports to management
• Follow company policies and SOPs strictly
• Take ownership of overall center performance and growth
